To our Valued Customers,
The health, well-being and safety of your pet, our clients and our staff is our top priority. Bennetts Creek’s Home Away from Home, will be transitioning from curbside only service to a combination of curbside and in facility care.
Daycare customers: we prefer you wait outside while we retrieve and deliver your pet to you.
Boarding customers: One customer, preferably the decision maker for the household, will be permitted into the facility. We request the customer call the front desk to advise us of their arrival while waiting in their vehicle until we are ready to receive the pet. If you are unable to limit the interaction to one household member, we will continue our curbside service to process all boarding contracts.
All clients entering the building will be required to wear a facemask. Facemasks will not be provided and customers will need to supply their own. If a client does not have a facemask, we will continue curbside service for their pet’s stay.
A forehead temperature check will be conducted by a staff member for all clients entering the facility
Current operating hours:
Monday – Friday 7 am-6 pm
Saturday – 8 am-11 am
Sunday 3:30 pm-5:00 pm
All efforts will be made to provide the best of service while still trying to maintain social distancing. All staff members are required to have their temperatures checked prior to entering the building. Recently, due to a staff member’s family member testing positive, COVID 19 testing was conducted on the entire staff and an extensive sanitizing of the facility was performed. All results were negative!! Thank you for your patience and cooperation. We look forward to seeing you and your pet soon.
