Jacqueline was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. She and her husband moved to Suffolk in 2017 for work. She became the facility manager for Home Away From Home in 2021. In her spare time she enjoys training her German Shepherd, Mox, working on puzzles, reading/ watching the Harry Potter series, and listening to true crime podcasts.
Jessica grew up in Suffolk and graduated from Kings Fork High School in 2010. She began working at Home Away From Home in 2014 as a Kennel Attendant and was promoted to Daycare Coordinator in 2018. At work, Jessica enjoys creating enrichment activities for the daycare pups. In her free time, she enjoys arts and crafts, videogames, and gardening. She is married to a jack-of-all-trades and has a beautiful little girl.
Jo was born in Chesapeake but now resides in Suffolk. She is a senior at Nansemond River High School and started working at Home Away From Home in April of 2022. Jo has a chihuahua, Gizmo, and enjoys reading and going to the beach with her friends. After high school, Jo would like to go to school to become a veterinary technician.
Cassandra was born in Virginia Beach, but has lived as far east as Germany and as far west as Nevada. She is a graduate of the University of South Florida and has a bachelor's degree in Animal Biology. She fully intends to pursue her Masters degree in Veterinary Medicine in the next few years. She started working at Home Away From Home in October of 2021. She has a Tortoiseshell cat, Zoey, and a Pomeranian, Coco. She enjoys playing video games and reading in her spare time.
